Welcome to MENU Grazing. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. General

1.1 MENU Grazing provides catering services, including grazing boxes, grazing tables, and other related services.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, bookings, and interactions made with MENU Grazing, whether through our website or direct communication.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Grazing Boxes: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
2.2 Grazing Tables: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a grazing table booking, with the remaining balance due 5 days before the event.
2.3 Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our website or via direct bank transfer. All payments must be made in full before the order is processed or the service is provided.
2.4 Prices for all products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Grazing Boxes: Due to the perishable nature of our products, grazing boxes cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
3.2 Grazing Tables: If a grazing table booking is canceled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will not be required if cancellation occurs before the final payment is due (5 days prior to the event). If cancellation occurs within 5 days of the event, the full payment is non-refundable.
3.3 Changes to Orders: Changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery or event date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or adjustments after this time.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

4.1 Delivery: Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times will be estimated but may vary based on location and other factors.
4.2 Free Pick-Up: You may choose to collect your order from our pick-up location at Aberdeen Mews, 17 Aberdeen Street, Woodstock, Cape Town (Mama Alles). You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up, and you must collect the order within the specified time frame.
4.3 Late Collection: Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this period, it may be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

5. Use of Website

5.1 By using our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
5.2 MENU Grazing reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of MENU Grazing and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 MENU Grazing shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, cancellation of events, or issues related to the quality of products.

8. Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

8.1 We take care to ensure that our products are prepared with high-quality ingredients. However, MENU Grazing cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, or other ingredients.
8.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies or special dietary requirements at the time of ordering. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be met.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 MENU Grazing shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of South Africa.

11. Amendments

11.1 MENU Grazing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
