Michelle is the founder and creative force behind ME N U Grazing, a Cape Town-based grazing and events company known for turning food into unforgettable experiences.

Before entering the world of food and events, Michelle built a successful career in fashion, working as a Visual Merchandising Manager for leading international brands in London and Johannesburg. It was there that she developed her signature eye for colour, styling, placement, and creating beautiful moments that tell a story.

When the world slowed down during the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelle saw an opportunity to bring people together in a different way. Combining her passion for food, design, and meaningful connection, she founded ME N U Grazing in 2020.

What began as a small passion project quickly grew into one of Cape Town's sought-after grazing brands, known for its beautifully curated grazing tables, grazing boxes and platters, and event experiences.

In 2024, Michelle welcomed chef and food stylist Amerea Vercueil into the business, bringing additional culinary expertise and creativity to the ME N U Grazing journey. Together they contributed to a period of growth, innovation, and memorable experiences for clients across Cape Town.

Today, ME N U Grazing enters an exciting new chapter, with Michelle once again leading the brand's creative vision and future growth. While continuing to offer the signature grazing experiences clients know and love, she is focused on expanding the brand with fresh ideas, elevated offerings, and new ways to bring people together through food.
