Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

At MENU Grazing, we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Please read the following shipping and pick-up policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

1. Delivery Options

When you place an order with us, you have two options at checkout:

• Delivery: We offer delivery services across the Cape Town area. The delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

• Free Pick-Up: You can opt for free pick-up at our designated location.

2. Free Pick-Up Location

If you select the pick-up option at checkout, your order will be available for collection at the following address:

You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure you collect your order within the specified time window provided in the notification.

3. Delivery Lead time

For delivery orders, please allow the following timeframes:

• 3 days notice period

• At checkout, kindly note your delivery date.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

5. Pick-Up Guidelines

When collecting your order at the pick-up location:

• Pick-up hours will be indicated in your order notification.

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of receiving your notification. After this period, uncollected items may be subject to cancellation.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only offer delivery within Cape Town and surrounding areas.

7. Order Issues & Delays
